Quality Technician

1st shift (7:30- 3:30)

$22-$25/hr

Responsibilities:

•  1st piece inspection

•  Shop Floor work cell audits, maintenance audits, and safety audits

•  Verification of all gauge calibration

•  Setting up tool calibration schedule

•  Coordinate tooling and gauge inspections

•  Enter new employee tools into tracking system

•  Monitoring of gauges for good working order

•  Assure safety compliance standards are in place and followed

• Relevant inspection experience

• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

• Knowledge of materials, quality tools, and gauges

• Ability to read a blueprint

• Ability to use measuring tools

• Computer abilities
