Responsibilities

•             Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout

•             Determine the appropriate welding equipment

•             Set up components for welding

•             Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded

•             Align components using measuring instruments

•             Weld in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)

•             Test and inspect welded surfaces
