Responsibilities:

• Job shop sheet Metal fabrication 


• Supervise 3-4 employees, doing the same work along side them


• Supervise and perform turret punch, laser, press brake, welders, and other fabrication operations

• Ability to keep people on task


• Ability to read a print and understand the machines


• Minimum of two years manufacturing experience 


• Charisma, positivity, someone who deserves respect


• Would look at a machinist who wants to be a working supervisor even if no supervisory experience
