Customer Service / Order Entry (Manufacturing ) - DIRECT HIRE!
Direct Hire Career Opportunity! Our client, a very successful manufacturer in Muskego is hiring a Customer Service Rep to process orders for their distributor accounts! If you have previous customer service experience including coordinating with multiple departments and are excited to take the next step forward in your career apply today!

Summary:
- Process customer orders / order entry responding to both emails as well as phone calls from distributors.
- Maintain processed orders as required with any product, pricing, scheduling, address or shipping changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and teas including sales, manufacturing / shipping department with any changes affecting those departments using the appropriate back up paperwork. Maintain open and closed sales files.
- Communicate with distributors for inquires that correspond with order entry. Inform distributors of delays in product shipment or shipping problems as informed by the corresponding departments.
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years customer service experience including coordinating with multiple departments. Previous experience with industrial products a plus.
